How to send money Step 1 Make your cash deposit with your form of ID to any of our corresponding banks by calling any of our agents or customer service reps to obtain our account number. Step 2 Obtain a receipt with a transaction control number, time, date, location and the amount of the transaction. Step 3 Call our customer service and provide all the transaction info to our agent. Step 4 Once the verification process has been completed by our agent a reference number will be made available to you. Step 5 Inform the recipient to collect the equivalent amount at the receiving agent location by using the reference number.
